Gluten-free Stuffing (using Sensitive Sweets white gluten-free, Vegan Bread)
1 loaf of Sensitive Sweets white bread
1 onion chopped
3 stalks of celery chopped finely
3/4 cup of Earths Balance vegan butter
Salt and pepper if desired
2 teaspoons of Poultry Seasoning
1 cup of Organic chicken broth
Slice bread and let air dry for 2 to 4 hours, or toast, then cube. Melt butter and cook onion till soft,add seasoning, add bread cubes and coat,moisten with broth, bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
