Many customers ask what I feed my family at dinner time. As you may already know, my youngest son is anaphylactic to eggs, dairy, nuts, and gets hives form wheat, soy, corn and several fruits and vegetables. His condition has actually helped our family greatly! It brought us back to simple healthy eating....how most of our moms used to cook. Now we rarely eat pre-packaged and processed foods. For dinner, we cook Organic chicken, ground turkey, black beans, brown rice, rice pastas, green beans, carrots, red potatoes, zucchini, and broccoli. I no longer struggle at dinnertime because I'm cooking more simple and healthy meals. Here are some easy options:
Using our Sensitive Sweets allergy-free pizza crust, you can make a simple pizza or cut it up into small squares and use hummus or tapenade for a quick appetizer.
Using our Sensitive Sweets white bread (which is dairy free, egg free, wheat free, nut free, soy free and seed free), heat it up in the toaster or toaster oven and add a few slices of Hormels Natural deli meat. Or if you can have seeds, Sunbutter and Jelly sandwiches are wonderful.
Kabobs are fun and delicious! Add Organic chicken, pineapple, onion, and tomato to the wooden stick...then grill it up.

reaction to cashew, that landed us in the emergency room. He was tested at about 6 mos., blood and skin test, and was determined he was allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy, later was tested again and allergy to soy came up. Later, more allergies to nuts and recently
to sweet potatoes. He was breastfed and I eliminated those allergens from my diet, still his eczema and severe itching has persisted. His asthma is under control, but the itching is keeping us up. I have not had a full night sleep in about 3 years. We have
tried everything possible. I am glad your son is doing much better. I have not been to your bakery yet, but I am looking forward to taking him there.
