Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available in Orange County (with a $50 min order), Los Angeles ($150 min order), and Inland Empire ($150 min order). Delivery fee depends on the distance. Please contact us at (714) 968-9169 and we can provide you with an estimate and possibly schedule the delivery.

Do you make sugar-free products?

At this time we do not offer sugar free. If you are local to So California, we can do a 50% reduced chocolate cake for pickup in Fountain Valley, Ca. Please order this at least 7 days ahead. Call (714)968-9169.

Do you sell gift certificates.

Do you ship cakes?

Yes, we do ship cakes. Please visit our website at http://www.sensitivesweets.com/cakes/ship-a-cake.  These cakes are a single tier (2 layers of cake and one layer of filling). There is a 2-D custom decorative flat topper. Please note that there are NO changes, cancelations, returns or refunds for shipped cakes, no exceptions. If you want to sample our product we recommend that you purchase an Easy cake ahead of time. We ship with USPS Express guaranteed 1 to 2 day delivery which starts at $75 per cake.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship several products (cookies, bread, brownies, and cakes) within the USA. We do not ship to post office boxes or overseas. We ship out Monday thru Wednesday with USPS priority mail. If you order online by Sunday, we can usually ship it out on Monday. Shipped cakes require more time, and need to be ordered at least 7 days ahead.

Do your products contain corn?

We do not use corn flour at the bakery, but there is a small amount of cornstarch in the non-gmo baking powder and in the powdered sugar.

How much notice to order a cake?

We need 48 hours notice for a cake or large (more than 2 dozen) cupcake order. We need at least 7 days notice for a shipped cake. Special requests may require more notice.

Is everything gluten-free and nut-free?

Yes, everything we make is free of gluten, peanuts and treenuts (coconut, almonds, cashews, etc).

Is everything Vegan?

Almost all of our products are Vegan, except for a few items. We currently have one cupcake with gelatin. We also make lemon bars once a week with eggs. During the holidays we make some pies with eggs. We are extremely careful to avoid cross contamination. We separate the egg products during production and do thorough cleaning of the equipment. My son is anaphylactic to eggs, so I take this very seriously.

What do I do if I didn't receive my package or it arrived really late?

Please click this link and file a claim through USPS if your tracking shows that it wasn't delivered within 5 days. You will need to provide the tracking information that we emailed to you through USPS. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

What flours do you use?

We use millet, sorghum, tapioca starch, potato starch, and rice flour. We use different flours for each product. If you have a sensitivity to a certain flour, let us know and we can help guide you to the right product.

What type of sugar do you use?

Our main sweetener is evaporated cane sugar.
