 Product DescriptionOur pizza crust is soft and delicious. It's already baked, so just add sauce, toppings and warm in the oven! Add organic tomato sauce, sun dried tomatoes, olives, and artichokes then place in the oven on Broil high for 5 to 8 minutes. Ingredients:tapioca flour, millet flour, rice flour, potato starch, and sorghum flour, sugar, aluminum–free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch), yeast, salt, palm shortening, xanthan gum.

This pizza was really good soft and chewy. I enjoyed it and will definitely order it again. This is a great gluten free option for pizza dough, crust.
