Surprise your mom with these delicious recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free and nut-free.

Apple stuffed French Toast with Apricot Glaze

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 fresh sliced/peeled apples
  • loaf of Sensitive Sweets allergy-free bread
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 TBL sugar
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
Mix banana and rice milk well in a blender. Dip slices of Sensitive Sweets bread into mixture and cook on a lightly oiled, hot skillet. Flip and cook until french toast is lightly browned on both sides. Place on a plate. Add apples, cinnamon, sugar, and 1/8 c water to a pot, cover and cook low until tender. Place cooked apples between 2 pieces of french toast. Heat apricot preserves on the stove and drizzle on top of french toast. Serve warm.

Pineapple upside down muffins

Follow direction on Sensitive Sweets Basic mix and add 1/4 cup chopped pineapples. Bake in a lightly greased muffin tin with no liner at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan, place upside down on a plate and garnish with a cherry on top. These are SO good!

Cranberry Fizz Drink

  • 2 cups cold cranberry/raspberry juice
  • 1 cup cold orange juice
  • 1 cup cold ginger ale
  • 1 cup cold lemon lime soda
Add all ingredients to a pitcher, mix and garnish with orange slices and cranberries.

Bacon Wrapped Figs

  • 8 large figs
  • 8 slices of nitrate free bacon like Applegate Sunday Bacon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chili powder
Wrap each fig with bacon, sprinkle seasoning, bake about 10 minutes on broil until bacon is crispy. Serve warm.
