RECIPE: Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes (gluten-free, nut-free, Vegan)

Our SUPER Easy recipe for Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes (made with NO gluten, dairy, eggs, soy or nuts).

Using our Sensitive Sweets Basic Cake, Cupcake & Muffin Mix (available in-store or online) add:

  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Apple Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Canola or Grapeseed Oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add liners to muffin pan. Combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer on low speed for 2 minutes or until all ingredients are mixed. Fill 1/2 full and bake for 20 -24 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Frost with Sensitive Sweets ready-made vanilla frosting. Makes approximately 10 cupcakes. Enjoy.
